1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the "Player" or "User") and no 777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to all services offered through the website no777.io and any associated applications. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and no 777.
no 777 operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform offering casino-style games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, roulette, card games, crash games, virtual sports, and esports betting. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are designed for Pakistani players familiar with local payment infrastructure and gaming culture.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses no 777's services, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the no 777 dedicated application. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using no 777 immediately and close your account.
no 777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through the platform's notification system and by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of no 777 following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use no 777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. no 777 does not permit access to any person under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts will be suspended pending successful verification.
- You must be the legal owner of the payment method used for any deposit or withdrawal on no 777. Use of another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.
- You must not be accessing no 777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local legislation. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of no 777 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not currently be self-excluded from no 777 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded from no 777, you may not attempt to register a new account until your exclusion period has legally expired.
- You must be of sound mind and not acting under duress or under the influence of substances that impair judgment when making financial decisions on no 777.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each no 777 account must be operated by the individual whose details are registered on the account.
no 777 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We may request proof of age at any point during your time on the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and any funds held will be dealt with in accordance with our verification policy.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each person may hold only one registered account on no 777. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, device, payment method, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
When registering with no 777, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address.
- Keep your account credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your no 777 account, whether or not authorised by you.
- Notify no 777 immediately at support@no777.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
- Keep your personal details current. If your contact details or payment information changes, you must update your no 777 account profile within 14 days.
no 777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Verification may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill as proof of address, or a selfie holding your identification document. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.
If you discover that a family member or person sharing your household has an existing no 777 account, contact us at support@no777.io. Households with multiple accounts must notify us proactively to avoid automatic fraud detection flags that could affect all accounts at the address.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on no 777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). no 777 does not apply currency conversion fees; the amount deposited in PKR is the amount credited to your gaming balance.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
no 777 accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit into your no 777 account. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. no 777 processes withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your financial institution.
4.3 Fees
no 777 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside no 777's control. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable fees before transacting.
4.4 Pending Withdrawals
no 777 reserves the right to place a pending period on withdrawals if account verification has not been completed, if unusual activity has been flagged on the account, or if a withdrawal request is made within 24 hours of a deposit without any gaming activity in between. Withdrawal requests may also be suspended if no 777 has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms.
Attempting to deposit funds that are not legally owned by you, or using another person's payment method without their explicit knowledge and consent, is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant financial authorities. no 777 maintains the right to freeze and return funds to the originating payment method in such cases.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
no 777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The no 777 welcome bonus is available to new members only. One welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per device. The welcome bonus is applied to your first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus, regardless of whether the first deposit bonus was accepted or declined.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your no 777 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for no 777 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements at no 777. Live Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 100% of each wager. Roulette contributes 50%. Crash games contribute 100%. Esports and virtual sports contribute 80%. Specific exclusions, where applicable, are listed in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
no 777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, wagering across both outcomes of the same bet to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to cycle bonus funds.
All bonus funds and associated free bets on no 777 carry an expiry period, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited automatically. Real money deposits are not affected by bonus expiry.
6. Gameplay & Wagering Rules
All games offered on no 777 operate according to their published rules and documented Return to Player (RTP) values. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers in a studio environment. RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation systems. no 777 does not pre-determine outcomes in any game category.
Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the no 777 system. Disputes regarding individual round outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the game session. no 777 will investigate by reviewing the relevant round's server logs and video record (for live dealer games). The outcome of the investigation is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table and per game category. These limits are displayed within the game interface before you place any bet. no 777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and for any player without prior notice, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a live dealer round, the round will be resolved based on the server-side game state at the point of interruption. If a round cannot be resolved fairly, all wagers placed will be refunded to the relevant player accounts. no 777 is not liable for losses incurred due to third-party network issues outside its control.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on no 777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with no 777's games or systems.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the no 777 platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support@no777.io immediately.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live multiplayer game formats such as Teen Patti.
- Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or any payment mechanism that is not legally yours to use.
- Providing false information during registration, verification, or at any point during your use of no 777.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using no 777 as a channel to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or no 777 staff through any communication channel on the platform.
- Accessing no 777 through a VPN, proxy, or any anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account limitations.
no 777 has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and collusion. Accounts confirmed to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned, and all balances — including real money deposits — will be withheld pending investigation. Cases involving financial crime will be escalated to the appropriate authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
no 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicious financial activity that triggers no 777's internal compliance processes.
- A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
- The player's own request for self-exclusion under no 777's responsible gaming programme.
Upon account closure by no 777 for Terms violations, any bonus balances are immediately forfeited. Genuine real money deposits that remain after outstanding wagering requirements are assessed may be returned at no 777's discretion following a compliance review. This process may take up to 30 business days.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting support@no777.io. Any real money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure confirmation, provided no compliance holds are in place.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the no 777 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, game logic, interface design, written content, audio, branding, and the no 777 name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of no 777 or its licensed partners. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any no 777 content is strictly prohibited.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the no 777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any ownership rights over any content, software, or intellectual property associated with no 777.
10. Privacy & Data
no 777's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with no 777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
no 777 implements industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required to process transactions, fulfil legal obligations, or protect the security of the platform.
11. Responsible Gaming

This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
no 777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their no 777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
no 777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance windows, server updates, network issues, or circumstances beyond no 777's control may result in temporary unavailability. no 777 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
13. Amendments to These Terms
no 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or phone number associated with their no 777 account, and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.
Your continued use of no 777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using no 777 and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
